John, I have been in hospital this week hence my delay in replying. I have had a good experience with Catalyst so far. I am an experienced property investor overseas and have used them to source property in NZ for me. I most definitely did not want a packaged solution and already had my own independent advice on tax etc: Unlike many of their competitors it is clear how they are being remunerated. The rent management process has been smooth. If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them.

We have bought a property in Hamilton with Catalyst2 and have signed up for another property in Manukau. Catalyst2 were very professional in their help and always focused on our needs and ability. We were really happy with the outcome and still are as we are being kept informed all the time about changes, valuations, time frames etc. All the time, we know what is going on and if there are any queries, I always feel that I am looked after very well. My concerns are always answered very quickly and smothly.
I have recommended Catalyst2 to many of my friends and collegues who also invested with Catalyst already, or are thinking of doing so and they are very happy with my recommendation - I would not have done that if there was the slightest doubt.

(I wanted to) share my views of Friday before they become too stale.
Both Michael (Catalyst2 recommended accountant) and John (catalyst2 recommended solicitor) shared their views of their perspectives of where and how they fit into the bigger picture. They also advised what was next needed to make this investment to become a reality. I came away with clarity of what was expected of me. I like that - more often than not I have come out of like meetings, more perplexed and bewildered than clear. So thank you.
I see that for me, you have put together a very complete in-house and virtually a one-stop shop for property investing. Your philosophy surrounding your resources provide a very holistic approach that comes across as being cautious and realistic. It reflects the old values of thrift and a little at a time.
